BACKGROUND

The International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation (ISHLT) hosted its largest annual meeting to date from 26–30 April 2025 in Boston. Focused on advancing knowledge in heart and lung transplantation, the event brought together over 4,500 attendees  from around the globe, along with 500–600 speakers and a wide array of exhibitors. Central to its mission were promoting continued education, fostering equal access for attendees, and creating valuable networking opportunities.

With aspirations to elevate the attendee experience and streamline operations, ISHLT team sought a partner equipped to handle the complexities of its growing event.
