You’ll work closely with our small-to-medium business (SMB) clients, making sure they feel confident, informed, and set up for success with our event technology. From onboarding and education to proactive support and strategic guidance, you’ll be their trusted partner and biggest cheerleader.
As a Customer Success Manager at CrowdComms, you’ll be the go-to partner for our small-to-medium business (SMB) clients—helping them make the most of our event technology and ensuring every interaction feels personal, proactive, and valuable.
You’ll guide clients through onboarding, keep them up to date with product updates and feature releases, and be their steady support throughout their event journey. Whether it’s answering questions, solving problems, or spotting opportunities to add value, you’ll be their trusted ally.

This is a hybrid/remote role, with the option to work from our offices in Dorset or London. We value flexibility, but also love collaboration—so the ability to meet with the team in-person occasionally is a plus.
