Benefits

Generous Annual Leave

25 days annual leave increasing by one day for each year you work with us up to five years, your birthday off and mandatory shutdown between Christmas and New Year.

Enhanced Parental Leave

Primary care giver enhanced to full pay for 26 weeks, 50% for 8 weeks, 25% for 5 weeks (total 39 weeks). Everyone eligible from day one.

Supporting Routes to Parenthood

Paid time off to attend fertility appointments including IVF and egg/sperm freezing. Two weeks paid leave for all employees who experience pregnancy loss (whether they, their partner or surrogate experience it) before the statutory 24 weeks – recognising every loss is a loss.

WFH Support

Guidance and advice on ensuring your home office is setup for your health and wellbeing. We also have a duvet day policy for when you just need a day to recharge your battery.
